The design of professional training path is divided into four stages.

Analysis

At the analysis stage the experts identify the business needs with a comparison between the actual situation and the ideal one; they identify the topics to investigate, the skills and knowledge held by users and any criticisms they may have in the company's business processes. This phase is the strategic point of the whole course, since good design can only result from careful analysis..

Design

Once the objectives and outcomes to be achieved have been established, the contents and methodologies are chosen. We establish the timing of individual actions and the total duration of the interventions.

Implementation

The training takes place with activities either at the customer's premises or directly at our offices.

Monitoring and Evaluation

During the training stages, the progress of the intervention is constantly monitored by comparing the user's impressions and reactions and relating them to the degree of achievement of the objectives. In the final stage, we proceed instead to a direct comparison between the initial needs, the objectives established and the results obtained.
